What is Cranial Mobilization?
Cranial mobilization is a specialized manual therapy technique that focuses on decompressing the skull’s bones. By gently manipulating the cranial sutures, this therapy helps to relieve tension, increase circulation, and promote healing throughout the body.
How Does Cranial Mobilization Help?
- Treating Headaches: Many headaches originate from tension and restrictions in the cranial bones. Cranial mobilization can alleviate these pressures, providing significant headache relief.
- Addressing TMJ Issues: Temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders can cause jaw pain, difficulty chewing, and headaches. Cranial mobilization can help realign the jaw and reduce associated pain.
- Craniosacral Dysfunctions: Conditions affecting the craniosacral system, including the membranes and fluid surrounding the brain and spinal cord, can lead to various symptoms. Cranial mobilization helps restore balance and function to this system.

3. Non-Invasive Treatment
This gentle, non-invasive therapy is suitable for individuals of all ages and can be an excellent alternative to more invasive treatments.
4. Enhanced Mobility and Function
By restoring balance and alignment to the craniosacral system, cranial mobilization can enhance your mobility and overall bodily function.
After a decade or more of foot, ankle, and leg pain and feeling like I had exhausted every avenue for me, having been seen by every type of specialist or homeopathic professional, I came across Dr. Jordan’s name. I was so discouraged in my quest to find some relief from the pain but thought I would try one more time even though my hope was a little exhausted. I was so pleasantly surprised when after only a few visits with Dr. Jordan, my legs and feet started feeling alive again and I was walking without the intense pain I had before. Dr. Jordan was different from other PT’s I had gone to before. He was educated in some new method, but more importantly, he just could feel and knew what to do and my legs have started feeling lighter and stronger ever since. My confidence in walking again has soared where I was reticent to walk out the front door before. I love how he talks and educates me so that I can get insight into what is happening to my joints and what I need to do to continue to increase my relief. What Dr. Jordan is doing is more than just education, he has an extraordinary sense of what is wrong and how to address my pain in a different way than I have ever experienced before and I am so grateful. He really is the very best and I personally highly recommend him. You will not regret it.
I was born with a club foot and a broke my tabia all on my right leg. Constant pain while do sports, can’t walk once I was done playing soccer. Pain that will last until the next day not being able to walk. Met Jordan at a fair and explained what I was going through (to add my foot was starting to curve in) After our first session, I kid you not I felt such a difference in foot. Putting in a soccer cleat was easy! Continue my weekly session and have been seeing improvement, been pain free. I ran a 5K beginning of December really scared that I was going to be in pain! I wasn’t I was able to continue as normal like I didn’t just run a 5k. 100% recommend Jordan! I couldn’t be any more happier in where I am at now with my leg and continue to work in getting better!
